GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 100$ is required to book a party. If you cancel the party with less than a 72-hour notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party, or you will forfeit the full deposit. If you choose to reschedule your party and cancel at a later date, you will forfeit the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.

 

Weather: If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED BESIDES A BIRTHDAY CAKE

 

ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS SHOULD HAVE A SIGNED VALID WAIVER BEFORE TAKING PART IN ANY ACTIVITY.

General rules: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your event to get everything ready and get the most out of your Funtopia experience

It is recommended not to wear skirts; dresses or baggy clothes while using attractions. Sporty/athletic clothing is recommended.

No high heels and no open-toe shoes of any kind while using attractions. Sporty/athletic footwear is recommended.

 

FAQ:

 

Are there any decorations provided?

 

Funtopia provides cups, plates, napkins and a tablecloth.

Am I able to decorate the room/what decorations are allowed?

 

You are welcome to bring temporary decorations, balloons, party hats etc.… Piñatas are not allowed. Sticking anything on the walls or drilling of the walls is not allowed.

Can I arrive early to set up the room?

 

Please arrive 15 min. prior to your party so we can start the check in process. However, you will get an access to your room at the beginning of your hour. During the first hour the kids go to play on the attractions, so you have the full hour to set up the room during that time.

Is there a minimum/maximum number of participants?

 

10 participants is the minimum. The maximum can be determined based on the capacity of the party room. If you have an exceptionally large party, there is always the possibility to rent the whole facility.

Will the climbing walls/jungle gym/ropes course etc. still be open to the public or is it just for my party?

 

Your party can access any attraction when ever they want however the attractions are open to public at all times unless your party has reserved the whole facility.

When do I need to give my final head count on the number of participants?

 

You need to specify the final head count when you are booking your party. We will charge you only for the actual number of participants with a min. of 10 kids.

What is the cancellation policy?

 

We require 100$ non refundable deposit

 

 

Funtopia Fun Zone Rules:

- Watching the Safety instructions video before the session is mandatory.

- For children under the age of 16, presence of a parent or legal guardian in the facility is mandatory. You must be 18 years old in order to sign a waiver.

- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior in the facility.

- It is recommended for each parent/legal guardian to explain the rules of Funtopia to his/her child in advance.

- No food or beverages inside the Fun Zone.

- Long hair must be tied.

- No running in the facility.

- No Jewelry, watches, phones, coins, and key chains in the pockets when using the facilities. If you need to store personal belongings, individual lockers are available on the premises.

Toddler Area Rules

-Parents or legal guardians must supervise their children at all times. Funtopia is not responsible for any injuries or any lost items.

- Children must wear socks at all times. Shoes, slippers or bare feet are not allowed.

Fun walls: Min. weight 35 lbs - Max. weight 350 lbs Closed-toe shoes required

Ropes Course: Min. height: 48” Closed-toe shoes required

Ninja Course: Min. height: 48”, No shoes, Socks required

Toddler Area/Jungle Gym: socks required
